It’s not all mud and knots

Date: 21st Mar 2019 Author: Simon Longdon

We have two large Scout troops, Cub packs and beaver colonies, preparing over 150 young people with skills for life. Encouraging boys and girls to enjoy a fun and adventurous programme.
You don’t need to be Bear Grylls to help, just willing to get involved and offer us some support in any way you can. As an occasional helper you are there to support in any way you can, this could be helping in a section with the young people or as an admin role as there are many jobs to make a successful Scout Group.
No prior skills required and we welcome your help in any areas be it writing an email to hanging from a rope, sorting badges to hiking the moors or arts and crafts to camping.
